Everyone has different reasons for seeking fitter, balanced  and healthier lifestyles. Some are self motivated - looking to either maintain or nurture their physique, - while others are guided more for health and medical purposes.

Hello everyone! My name is Simeon Hippolyte, the founder of the BweelzFitLifestyle. My goal - and life passion - is to help others positively change their lifestyle in the most realistic and simplest way possible. 

Getting fit and maintaining a healthy lifestyle isn't difficult, however, starting off can be daunting, especially when it comes to knowing how to exercise, finding time to exercise, and keeping motivated.

At BweelzFitLifestyle, our goal is to help guide you through the process while providing you with the necessary services that will help you stay motivated and accountable, so that you can ultimately make the right decisions, that will not only help you achieve your health and fitness goals - but maintain them!

 

You don't need to be a professional to get the results you are looking for, but having one at your side to guide you along the way will certainly help speed things along. And together, we promise to get you fit - and ripped - whilst trying!

Our Personal Trainers will help you accomplish your training goals faster, safer, and with maximum benefits, putting together a personalized plan that works for you and keeping you accountable for it. They will demonstrate how to do it correctly to avoid injuries and guide you through nutrition and lifestyle for ultimate wellness.
 

At BweelzFitlLifeStyle, our one-on-one personal training sessions are focused on educating our clients about their bodies and how to keep them fit independently of the trainer. The education you will obtain during these training sessions can be used for a lifetime.

SMALL GROUP

When it comes to exercise, external motivation in the form of a training partner can be extremely beneficial. Someone who knows or share your goals and at the end of the day wants you to be successful can be a huge source of motivation.
